Sam & Ink is an experiment in what storytelling becomes when AI can respond to reader intent in real-time.

Traditional interactive fiction gives you branching paths. You choose A or B. But what if the story could sense what you're looking for—resolution, tension, discovery—and shape itself accordingly?

The technical challenge is building systems that understand narrative arc, character consistency, and emotional pacing. The creative challenge is letting go of authorial control without losing authorial intent.

This is early-stage work. But I believe the future of storytelling isn't static pages or passive consumption. It's collaborative creation between human and machine.

Sam & Ink is my laboratory for that future.
