The Design We Inherited

The infinite scroll was an accident of optimization. Someone discovered that removing friction—the click to the next page—increased engagement. We celebrated the metric without questioning the outcome.

Now we have a generation that can't sit with silence. That reaches for phones like smokers reach for cigarettes. That measures life in notifications.

The Alternative

What if we designed for depth instead of duration? For transformation instead of transactions? For signal instead of noise?

It's possible. It starts with one decision: build for the person you want your user to become, not the dopamine response you can trigger.

My Commitment

Everything I build now—every tool, every post, every system—answers one question: "Does this help someone become more of who they want to be?"

It's a higher bar. But it's the only one worth clearing.
