What if your GTM system could detect and respond to threats automatically—like an immune system?
The Problem with Static GTM
Most GTM systems are static. You build a playbook, run it until it stops working, then rebuild. This is expensive, slow, and reactive.
The Immune System Model
Your body doesn't wait for you to notice you're sick. It detects threats early, responds automatically, and learns from each encounter. What if GTM worked the same way?
- Detection: AI monitors signal decay (reply rates dropping, meeting no-shows increasing)
- Response: Automated pivots to backup messaging, channel shifts, or timing changes
- Memory: Each response creates learning that improves future detection
Implementation
I'm building this into Basin::Nexus. The system watches for early warning signals and suggests (or executes) corrective actions before problems compound.
It's not about replacing human judgment. It's about giving humans better information, faster.
